Marcos và vợ cùng nhau bắt cóc một đứa bé để đòi tiền chuộc nhưng chuyện không may xảy ra khi đứa bé lại bị chết trong tay họ. Mang mặc cảm tội lỗi trong lòng, Marcos thú nhận hết sự tình với Ana - con gái của một viên tướng quân đội mà anh đang làm tài xế cho ông. Ana tuy có gia đình danh giá nhưng lại lấy thân xác của mình ra làm món hàng nhằm thỏa mãn ý thích của bản thân. Dần dần giữa Marcos và Ana nảy sinh ra một mối quan hệ đặc biệt mang ý nghĩa như một chuyến phiêu lưu giữa sự sống và cái chết vào những ngày mới của thành phố Mexico.
